RE.SET is a small (but mighty) business based in Northern NSW, Australia. We ship all orders using Australia Post and add a personal touch to each one. If you require a special note to make your order a gift, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject ‘’GIFT – ORDER #’. We love making our parcels extra special and will work with you to make it so.
How Much is Delivery?
We offer FREE standard delivery on all Australia-wide orders. Express delivery is $15.
If you wish to send the product to an overseas address, we will add $60 to the order. You are subject to customs regulations of the receiving country, and may incur additional costs, which we do not cover.
When Will I Receive My Massage Gun?
We ship all orders within one business day of receiving them.

- Express Shipping 1-4 business days (subject to Aus Post)
Please allow 6-27 days; this can vary due to international and local couriers.
How Can I Track my Order?
You will receive an email confirmation once you place your order. You will also receive an email and/ or text from Aus Post with a tracking number and updates to follow the parcel.
If you cannot see the email confirmation please check your junk/ spam folder and ensure that future emails direct to your main inbox. If neither has arrived on time, simply send us an email at email@example.com and let us know what issue you are having.
RETURNS & WARRANTY POLICY
We are committed to our customer satisfaction and are here to help 7 days a week.
In the unlikely event that you experience an issue with your product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you right away.
We do not offer returns for non-faulty products, simply due to hygiene reasons as well as our confidence in your new-found-best-training-buddy, but we do offer a 6-month warranty on your massage gun!
